Terms of rental
All Ice Myynti Oy has set the hereby mentioned terms and conditions for making or canceling cabin rental reservations. These terms are binding to both parties (All Ice Myynti Oy and the client) beginning from the time when the client has made the reservation. The client must be of age.
Reservation and payment
Once the client has made the reservation, they receive a confirmation along with instructions to the destination and information on picking up the key. The reservation has been confirmed as soon as the client has paid the reservation fee (30 % of the final rental fee) by the due date. All Ice Myynti Oy reserves all rights to cancel the reservation if the remaining portion of the full rental fee hasn’t been paid in full by the due date. If the reservation is made less than six (6) weeks before the rental period begins, the reservation fee is not required. The rental fee must be paid in full four weeks before the beginning of the rental period.
Cancellations
The cancellation must ALWAYS be made in writing to the All Ice Myynti Oy.
If the client cancels their reservation:
45 days before the beginning of the rental period, the reservation fee and rental fee are paid back to the client after deducting the cancellation fee of 500€.
Cancellations that are made later than 28 days from the beginning of the rental period are charged in full. The cancellation is official from the moment that information of the cancellation has arrived to All Ice Myynti Oy.
ALL ICE MYYNTI OY’s right to cancel a reservation
In the event of force majeure, All Ice Myynti Oy may cancel the reservation. In this case the client is entitled to full reimbursement of the rental fee. If the rental payments aren’t made on time, All Ice Myynti Oy is entitled to canceling the reservation.
Key pick up
The keys (2 keys) to the cabin can be picked up from the key service office “Ylläsavain Oy".

The opening hours are Mon-Fri 9-17, Sat 9-21 and Sun16–18. Off-season and holidays may affect the opening hours. Please check the opening hours prior your arrival. If you know that you will arrive outside the opening hours, please contact me at myyntiallice [dot] fi, and we will solve the problem.
Your stay at the cabin
The cabin is in the client’s use from 16:00 on the check-in date to 11:00 on the check-out date. Smoking and pets are absolutely not allowed in the cabin. Outside open fires are strictly prohibited on the patios due to the fire safety regulations.The guest is responsible for any possible damage to electrical equipment caused by the misuse of the heating cable outlets at the parking lot. They are only to be used in pre-heating of a car engine.
Damages
The client is responsible for all damages caused to the rental property and equipment and full compensation directly to All Ice Myynti Oy. The rental property and all the equipment is checked at the end of each rental period.
Occupancy
Only the amount of guests that have been announced during the reservation process can occupy the cabin during the rental period. Please let us know immediately if the number of guests staying at the cabin changes. An additional charge of 200€/ person on top of the actual rental fee will be charged of unannounced guests. It is not allowed to set a tent, camping vehicle or other on the property of the cabin unless otherwise agreed upon with All Ice Myynti Oy.
Complaints
All complaints or comments concerning the equipment or the condition of the cabin must immediately be directed to All Ice Myynti Oy tel +358 500 824 839, during the rental period.
